Hi, I’m Nicole.

I run a growing business, lead an incredible team, and spend my days balancing meetings, emails, and strategy calls, often with snack crumbs under my feet and a toddler asking for just one more hug.

I’m a mom to two wonderfully wild littles who keep life loud, funny, unpredictable, and full. They are equal parts my greatest joy and my daily reminder that life doesn’t need to be perfectly organized to be meaningful. That takes a lot to say, as a Type A human! 

I’ve built my business with intention, flexibility, and a deep belief that success doesn’t have to come at the cost of presence. Some days, that looks like confident leadership and clear systems. Other days, it looks like laughter, chaos, and writing down the things my kids say, so I never forget them.

This space exists because I wanted a corner of the internet that feels human.

A place to share the love, laughter, milestones, messes, and moments that make up our family’s story, without filters, expectations, or advice. Just real life as it’s happening.
